In December 2012, Legacy Ballet began a new holiday tradition for families here in Albany and the surrounding areas.  Many families look forward each year to an annual performance of “The Nutcracker” and we have one, right here in Albany!  Originally hosted by the Russell Tripp Performance Center, our annual performances are now hosted by the Albany Performing Arts Center. Our Nutcracker partnership with the Albany Performing Arts Center provides the opportunity for Legacy Ballet to help support the Albany Performing Arts Center theater and other GAPS productions hosted there.

All local dancers ages 6 and up are invited to audition and participate in Legacy Ballet’s annual production of “The Nutcracker”.
